Day 1: Entebbe - Kampala
On arrival at Entebbe International Airport and passing through customs, you will be met by our Airport representative and transferred to the Hotel in the outskirts of Kampala overlooking Lake Victoria. The rest of the day will be spent at leisure along the hotel's swimming pool or chose to explore the city Centre. Kampala has many restaurants where you can enjoy local cuisines for dinner.
Day 2: Kampala - Murchison Falls National Park
After having a heavy breakfast, depart to Nakitoma to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary approximately, 3.5 hours northwest from Kampala and half way to Murchison Falls National Park. Join for a Game walk to track White rhinos which spend most of the hot hours in the swampy areas. Then we proceed to Masindi for lunch. After lunch we continue to Murchison Falls National Park. We drive in lovely panorama; land gets flat towards the North as you head to the bottom of the Nile. Cross by ferry to river Niles Northern bank. The rest of the evening at leisure relaxing.
Day 3: Murchison Falls National Park
Have morning game drive within the northern bank of river Nile as we look out for predators like Spotted Hyena Lion and if lucky even spot the leopard, other animals like Elephants, Cape buffalo, Rothschild giraffe, Oribi, Reedbuck, Hartebeest ad Bushbuck. Return to the lodge in time for breakfast. Later in the afternoon we take a motor boat cruise upstream. The Nile here gets calm at the base of the falls, we stop a few meters from the
Day 4: Murchison Falls National Park - Fort Portal
On this we depart to fort Portal through Hoima, in a breathtaking panorama that forms the Albertine western Rift Valley. it's miles a pretty lengthy drive approximately 9 hours but we are able to have several stop overs to relax, and sightseeing as we skip verdant nation-state, traditional homesteads and farms. we can have our packed/picnic lunch on the manner. take a look at in and loosen up for the relaxation of the evening.
Day 5: Kibale Forest National Park - Queen Elizabeth National Park
Today we will be transferred to Kibale Forest National Park approximately 30 to 45 minutes. Day 6: Queen Elizabeth National Park (Kasenyi Area & Peninsula Area)
Have an early morning game drive in Kasenyi region within Queen Elizabeth National Park in search of Big five and large numbers of Uganda Kobs and other different species of antelopes. Later we head back to the lodge for breakfast and we relax along the swimming until lunch time or engage ourselves with optional activities with the lodge. Afternoon we head for a boat ride on the Kazinga channel in search of Hippos, buffalos and different species of water birds. Later in the evening back to the lodge with an enroute game drive.
Day 7: Buhoma - Bwindi National Park
Today have a second early morning in Kasenyi region within Queen Elizabeth National Park in search of Big five and large numbers of Uganda Kobs and other different species of antelopes. We will be able to stop to have our picnic breakfast and later depart to Ishasha with our packed lunch. In the afternoon we have a game drive in search of the tree climbing lions and the rest of the game, like Elephants, Herds of buffaloes. In the evening continue towards Bwindi National Park for overnight.
Day 8: Bwindi National Park
Today after breakfast take a quick stroll to the park headquarters where you will join excellent local guides and trackers who will give a brief talk on the etiquette of gorilla trekking. Thereafter, hike into the forest wherein the gorillas had been seen the night before and tune from that point. you'll carry packed/picnic lunch. The rest of the afternoon will be spent at Leisure.
In Bwindi National Park there are 3 habituated gorilla groups that may be viewing through tourists. within the Ruhija and Nkuringo sectors (southern a part of Bwindi NP) there are another 6 habituated groups. Each group may be visited by a maximum of 8 people per day and the go to lasts only 1 hour.
The hiking can take from 1 to eight hours and climb to altitudes in excess 7,500 feet. The terrain is rough and at times muddy. Although the hike is physically demanding the beauty of the forest and surrounding scenery make the trekking worthwhile. Once the gorillas are located all fatigue is forgotten, as the experience is often described as being the most profound natural history experience in the world. Cameras and plenty of fast speed film is recommended. It can rain at a few minutes' notice; hence waterproof clothing is a good essential including zip lock bags for cameras and film. It is important to take plenty of water.

Day 9: Bwindi National Park - Lake Mburo National Park
After early breakfast we will continue to Lake Mburo national Park we are able to drive through the beautiful Kigezi mountains (so called the Switzerland of Africa), we will pass Mbarara town this is the capital of the Ankhole area widely known for the Ankhole longhorn cows, earlier than arriving to Lake Mburo national Park, in which we will do an afternoon game drive in search of impalas, zebras, oribis, elands, as well as bird watching.
Day 10: Entebbe & Depart
After a heavy breakfast we will join for a guided walk or a game drive in Lake Mburo National Park. The walk is very enjoyable in search of Oribis, Elands, Impalas and bird watching as well. Later we go back to the lodge for breakfast and check out. After check out we proceed to Kampala through Masaka and the equator. Enjoy lunch here and have some time in Kampala for shopping and transfer to Entebbe airport for your international flight.
